What we look for at this stage is suitability of the proposed book to our publishing program (see categories below) as well as the author's unique qualifications for writing his or her book.
Taylor Trade Publishing is especially interested in regional gardening, nature, field guides, cooking, sports, self-help, Texana/Western history, general history, and entertainment. We do not publish fiction or poetry. Proposals from institutions such as museums or galleries pertaining to their collections are strongly encouraged.
