Brendalyn Appoh, writing as Brendalyn Crudup Martin, recently published her books, Love’s Quest and Rainbow's End, the first and second books in her Adventures in the Magical Forest series. Brendalyn is well known in the devotional Market. She has been published in multiple Chicken Soup for the Soul books, several books by Hidden Brook Press, Baker House, and other devotional, personal experience, and poetry markets.
When Brendalyn began writing poetry at the age of 8, she didn’t realized that years later this would lead to her appointment as the first and only Poet Laureate of a State Supreme Court. On October 21, 1996, Chief Justice Stanley G. Feldman appointed her the first Poet Laureate of the Arizona Supreme Court. As Poet Laureate she was given the latitude to roast or toast mangers, directors and even the Chief Justice. She served from 1996 until 2014
