Let's start with the librarians since they're the ones in control – or so it seems at least. The reality is that the patrons of the library are in control, almost entirely. If patrons started asking for self-published works en masse, libraries ...

What most people mistakenly assume about hiring a literary (book) agent, is that they won't have to do anything at all to promote their book once the agent is hired. Completely untrue.
Let's look at the kinds of circumstances when you would or would...

This only matters if you want to increase the traffic to your blog, but I've read that once to twice per week, even doing 30 day blogathons where you post once a day for 30 days is a great way to increase subscribers and get new traffic. I just started a new blog so I'm posting daily for awhile until the posts climb in number.

Here is how to get your free ad on The Market List.

Membership upgrades work on a point-based system.

You need to post an Introduction in the forum - or ask or answer a question in the forum.

When you post your introduction or any other kind of forum post, you'll be given points in an amount that should allow you to then upgrade your membership to "Contributor".

Once your membership is upgraded, you'll be able to create the free ad for your book or books.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's ads!
